About Us – Whitsundays No.1 for Marine Electrics
Marine Tech Electrics is based in Hawkes Boatyard adjacent to Meridian’s Able Point Marina in Airlie Beach. Established in 1998, Marine Tech boasts being the largest and longest operating marine electrical business in the Whitsundays.Our staff comprises of a team of qualified electrical/fitter mechanics and marine/auto electricians. Half of these have received their training through the completion of an apprenticeship in house. These men are highly regarded in the disciplines of installation, maintenance, fault finding and repair.
Having the largest team of of electricians in the Whitsundays allows us to offer our customers the fastest possible service available. We will make every effort to be on your vessel within 24 hours of a booking, with emergences taking first priority.
In addition to Airlie Beach and the surrounding Whitsunday area, we also carry out work on Hamilton Island. Twice weekly we visit the island to service the boatyard, charter companies and private vessels.
